Strategic Alliance Guide
Sell Oppvera under your own brand as part of your own consulting or reseller business. Unlike an agency organization, an alliance organization provides multiple companies with isolated access to Oppvera
Audience: A firm or consultant selling GEO services or access to GEO software under their own brand.
By selling Oppvera under your own brand, you set the price and you collect payment. Oppvera does not charge your clients and does not store their card numbers.
What you are selling
You are selling GEO guidance and full access to Oppvera: questions people ask AI search platforms such as Google AI overview, automated AI search visibility checks, reports on where the AI search platforms find content they use in their answers, and tools to improve content for AI search. Your clients sign in to your organization.
Your GEO services page
Your public page lives on the Oppvera host at:
https://oppvera.com/ally/{your-company-name}
You edit the page under Settings → Ally page:
Headline, subhead, and story
Hero image and up to three supporting images
Publish when you want the page to be public
Oppkey platform admins can set up your ally page, report branding, and Mason name or photo for you from Settings → Organizations before you take over. After that, you edit the same settings yourself.
Until you publish, the URL returns “not found.”
The main button on the page is Request access. That form is invite-only. It is already tied to your organization.
Your brand versus Oppvera.com
Changes you make apply to your clients and your reports, not to the public Oppvera Product or About pages.
In Settings → Configuration you can set:
Product name
Your name or practice name
Legal name used on the request-access terms
Report logo
Mason’s display name and photo (the in-app guide). Your clients see that name and photo. Other organizations keep the default Mason.
Only you (the alliance lead) can edit those settings. A client login cannot open Ally page or Configuration.
Example of How to Charge clients with Stripe
This section is an example of a possible way to collect payment. It is not a requirement, an endorsement, or a partnership with Stripe. Oppvera does not connect to Stripe. Oppkey is not responsible for Stripe, your Stripe account, payment links, invoices, fees, refunds, chargebacks, taxes, or disputes between you and your clients. You use Stripe under Stripe’s own terms, at your own risk.
Example of what to do in your own Stripe account.
Create a Stripe account as a sole proprietor or LLC.
Open Product catalog and add a product, for example “GEO visibility workspace.”
Add a price: a one-time audit fee, or a monthly subscription.
On the product, choose Create payment link. Stripe gives you a URL such as
https://buy.stripe.com/....Send that link to the client by email (or put it on your own site). The client does not need a Stripe account. They open the link and pay by card.
After Stripe shows the payment as succeeded, create their Oppvera login (below).
For clients who need an invoice or net-30 terms, use Stripe → Invoices instead of a payment link. Stripe emails the invoice. Create the Oppvera login after they pay, unless you have a signed agreement to start earlier.
Stripe fees, refunds, and taxes are yours to handle.
This process is only an example. If the example process needs correction, please contact info@oppkey.com
Add a client in Oppvera
Invite
Sign in.
Open Settings → Users.
Invite the client’s email. If the role list offers Agency member, choose that; Oppvera stores them as Client in a strategic alliance organization.
They receive a set-password email. If email fails, copy the set-password link from the confirmation on screen and send it yourself.
Request access
The client opens your ally page and chooses Request access.
You open Settings → Users, find the pending request, and approve it.
They get a set-password email.
Each client is one login. They cannot see another client’s companies or campaigns. You can open their work to give support or advice.
What to send your client
Use your own words. A typical note includes:
What they bought and the amount (or “see your Stripe receipt”).
The sign-in page:
https://oppvera.com/loginThe set-password link if they have not set a password yet.
The first step after sign-in: open GEO Check, enter their website, and review the visibility report.
How to reach you (email and hours).
Do not send your admin URLs, another client’s name, or a join token by itself. The ally page already carries the private request-access link.
